Checklist Completion

Completing checklists in ActivePager can be done both from the web portal and from the mobile app.

Completion via web portal

To complete a checklist from the web portal:

  1. Go to the Checklists section.
  2. Click the + Complete button.
  3. Select the desired Template from the drop-down menu.
  4. Click Complete to start the checklist.
  5. Fill in all required items:
    • Check the items that are present.
    • Enter the detected quantities.
    • Add any notes.
  6. When finished, click Save.
  7. You can mark a checklist as verified by clicking Mark as verified or delete it using the button in the top right.

Completion via app

To complete a checklist using the ActivePager mobile app:

  1. Go to the Checklists section in the app.
  2. Tap the + button or scan the QR Code associated with the desired template.
  3. Select the checklist you want from the list.
  4. Complete the required items:
    • Tap the boxes to check the items that are present.
    • Enter the required quantities in the dedicated fields.
    • Add any notes in the dedicated field.
  5. Once completed, tap Save.

Checklist status

Checklists can have different statuses:

  • OK (green): completed correctly.
  • INCOMPLETE (orange): completed partially or with missing items.

You can filter checklists from both the web portal and the app by date, status, or template.
