Procedures

The Procedures section is accessible to all users through the portal menu

Operations → Procedures

This section is designed to centralize and share operational documents, service orders, guidelines, and relevant training files.

Viewing procedures

All users can:

  • View the list of uploaded files.
  • Download available documents via the Download link next to each entry.

➕ Uploading new procedures

To upload new documents you need the “training management” permission. Steps for uploading:

  1. Click Upload in the top right.
  2. Select a file among the allowed formats:
  • .pdf
  • .doc
  • .docx
  • .ppt
  • .pptx
  1. The file must be no larger than 25 MB.
  2. Confirm by clicking Upload.

🗑️ Deleting a procedure

With the training management permission, you can delete files that are no longer needed:

  • Click the Delete link next to the desired file.

Useful information

  • The table shows for each file the name, size, and available actions.
  • It is good practice to use clear and descriptive names for documents to make searching and understanding easier.

To keep things orderly and effective, we recommend updating or replacing documents only when strictly necessary and avoiding duplicates.
