Address book

The Address Book lets you store, manage, and consult contacts in ActivePager. All users can view contacts on app and web, while add/edit/delete operations are reserved for users with the Contact Management permission.

Viewing the address book

  • The address book shows the list of registered contacts with name, phone, email, address, and notes.
  • You can use the search field to filter contacts by name, address, or notes.
  • All users have access to view contacts, both in the app and on the web.

Contact management

To add, edit, or delete a contact you need the “Contact Management” permission.

Adding contacts

  1. Click “Add” in the top right.
  2. Fill in the available fields:
  • Name (required)
  • Phone
  • Second Phone
  • Email
  • Second Email
  • Address
  • Notes
  1. Click “Add” to save the contact.

Editing a contact

  1. Find the desired contact in the list.
  2. Click “Edit” next to the contact.
  3. Make the necessary changes in the available fields.
  4. Click “Save” to update the data.

Deleting a contact

  1. Find the contact to remove.
  2. Click “Delete”.
  3. Confirm the operation in the dialog window.
  4. The contact will be permanently removed from the address book.

Exporting the address book

Authorized users can export the contact list for external use:

  1. Click “Export” in the top right.
  2. The generated file will be available in a format compatible with Excel or other data management tools.

Security and permissions

✅ All users can view contacts.

✅ Only users with the “Contact Management” permission can add, edit, or delete a contact.

✅ Address book export is available only to authorized users.
