The single shift view displays all details related to a shift.
General shift information
At the top, the main characteristics of the shift are shown:
- Shift name: the name assigned to the shift (e.g., “Daily Shift”).
- Shift status:
- Empty: indicates that no participants are assigned to the main roles yet.
- Draft: the shift is not published yet and can be edited.
- Duration: indicates the start and end date/time of the shift (e.g., “06 February 2025 - 11:30” - “07 February 2025 - 11:30”).
- Template: the model used to create the shift (e.g., “Daily”).
- Vehicle: shows the vehicle assigned to the shift (e.g., “APS Eurocargo”).
- Settings: lists specific configurations for the shift, such as:
- “Allow users to enroll in the shift”.
- “Allow partial sign-ups and changes”.
- “Only expected users can sign up”.
- Files and Notes: any attachments or additional information (if specified).
Participants
This section lists participants and assigned roles for the shift:
- Predefined roles: each shift based on a template can include specific roles (e.g., “LEAD”).
- Status/Time: indicates if a role has been filled or is still Empty.
- Change: any changes or substitutions made.
You can manage participants with the following buttons:
- Participate: allows the user to sign up for an available role.
+ Add: allows you to manually assign new participants to vacant roles.
Available actions
In the top right there are various actions to manage the shift:
- Publish: makes the shift visible and operational for users.
- Edit: opens the edit screen to update shift details.
- Options menu (three-dot icon):
- Set draft: returns the shift to draft status for further edits.
- Create report: generates a report related to the shift.
- Delete: permanently removes the shift.
