Incident report statistics

Incident Report Statistics allow administrators and users with the Incident Report Management permission to analyze data related to completed incidents.

These statistics are available from the menu:

Statistics → Incident Report Statistics

Viewing and filtering data

To analyze specific data you can set a date range using the filter and click Filter.

Summary data available:

  • Number of incident reports: total incidents recorded in the period.
  • Total number of presences: sum of presences recorded across all incidents.
  • Average attendance per incident: average number of people involved per incident.
  • Average incident report duration: average duration of each recorded incident.

Available charts:

  • Number of reports per day: distribution of incidents carried out per day of the week.
  • Number of reports by time slot: distribution of incidents carried out during hours of the day.

Incident reports per member:

A detailed table shows, for each user:

  • Total number of reports they participated in.
  • Number of reports written directly by the user.
  • Total time spent on incidents.
  • Date of the last recorded activity.

These statistics help monitor and optimize management and planning of users’ operational activities.
