The "Evacuation Plans" section lets you quickly consult evacuation plans related to specific places or facilities. This feature is accessible from the main menu under Evacuation Plans.
Access and permissions
- Viewing: all users can view and search evacuation plans.
- Add, edit, and delete: only users with the Evacuation plan management permission can add new plans, edit them, or delete them.
Main features
Evacuation plan list
The main page shows a sortable list of evacuation plans containing:
- Plan name
- Facility address (clickable to start navigation)
- Phone number (clickable to start a phone call)
Plan search
The search function allows you to quickly find an evacuation plan by entering:
- Facility name
- Address
Evacuation plan details
Clicking on a plan name opens a detailed card that includes:
- Name and Address of the facility
- Geographic coordinates
- Manager name and related phone number (clickable)
- Additional notes
- Attached files (e.g., PDF with plan details)
- Interactive map view of the location
Plan management
Authorized users can:
- Add new plans using the "Add" button and filling in required fields (name, latitude, longitude) and optional fields (address, manager, phone, notes, file).
- Edit existing plans using the "Edit" button.
- Delete plans using the dedicated option in the context menu on the detail page.
Map icon
In both the web version and the mobile app, evacuation plans are displayed with a specific book-shaped icon, easily recognizable and clickable to directly access the details of the selected plan.
