The Download Statistics page allows ActivePager administrators to download a complete Excel report that summarizes key activities and the system’s overall performance for a specified date range.
This feature is reserved exclusively for administrator users.
You can access the page from the menu:
Statistics → Download Statistics
How to download the report
- Enter the Start date and End date for the desired period.
- Click the Export button.
The report will be generated automatically by the system and sent directly to the email associated with your account.
Report contents
The Excel file contains multiple tabs, each providing a detailed overview of:
- Alerting trends
- Incident report statistics
- Appointment statistics
- Analysis of user responses
- Refueling
- Maintenance
