Alerting statistics

Alerting Statistics allow administrators or users with the Alert Management permission to deeply analyze data related to alerts sent by the ActivePager system.

These statistics are accessible from the menu:

Statistics → Alerting Statistics

Viewing and filtering data

You can customize the analysis period by setting a date range and clicking the Filter button.

Available data

The alerting statistics page shows:

Summary data

  • Total calls: total number of alert calls made.
  • Total responses: total number of responses received.
  • Average responses per alert: average responses received per alert (percentage of staff).
  • Average time to arrive at station: average time users take to arrive after an alert.
  • Average response time: average user response time.
  • Average responses within the first 2 minutes: average number of responses received within the first 2 minutes after the call.
  • Average positive responses per call: average positive responses for each call (with percentage).
  • Average negative responses per call: average negative responses for each call (with percentage).

Available charts

  • Calls per day: shows the distribution of calls made during the week.
  • Calls per hour: highlights the hourly distribution of calls made during the day.
  • Total responses: pie chart showing the percentages of positive, negative, and missing responses.
  • Responses per day: bar chart highlighting the daily distribution of positive and negative responses.

Responses per member table

  • Shows in detail, for each user, the number and percentage of positive, negative, and missing responses.
