The ActivePager summary page is designed to provide an immediate overview of the most relevant information for the user. This page is accessible immediately after logging in to the ActivePager web portal and serves as a central hub for quick access to various system features.
Summary page structure
The summary page is divided into several sections to facilitate access and visualization of information:
Availability section
- Location: Top left of the page.
- Functions: Displays the number of people currently available. Allows users to start or end their immediate availability.
Alert box
- Location: Next to the Availability section.
- Functions: Presents a summary of the last three active alerts received.
Messages section
- Location: Second row of the page.
- Functions: Shows recent messages.
Events section
- Location: Second row of the page next to messages.
- Functions: Shows upcoming scheduled events.
Expirations section (conditional)
- Location: Last row of the page.
- Display conditions based on user permissions:
- User Management: Shows the list of upcoming user expirations.
- Vehicle Management: Shows the vehicle expiration box.
- Object or Inventory Management: Shows the box for upcoming inventory expirations.
- Functions: Provides information about upcoming expirations based on the user's permissions.
Main navigation bar
- Location: Left sidebar.
- Functions: Contains the main navigation menu of the system.
User submenu
- Location: Top right, accessible by clicking the user's name.
- Submenu items:
- Account: Manage personal account settings.
- Notifications: View notification receiving settings.
- Download App: Link to download the ActivePager mobile application.
- Help: Access support and help documentation.
- Logout: Sign out of the ActivePager account.
