The Vehicle Statistics section allows administrators and users with the Vehicle Management permission to view detailed information about refueling and maintenance for vehicles in the ActivePager system.
This section can be reached from the menu:
Statistics → Vehicle Statistics
Refueling
Available data:
- Total quantity of fuel refilled by type (Diesel, Gasoline, Mix, Oil, Urea, LPG, Methane, LNG, Electric).
- Overall total liters of fuel used.
Available charts:
- Fuel types: pie chart showing the percentage of use for each fuel type.
- Liters refueled for each vehicle: bar chart showing fuel quantity per vehicle.
- Liters refueled per month: monthly bar chart to monitor consumption trends.
- Kilometers traveled by vehicles: chart showing mileage covered by each vehicle.
User statistics:
Detailed table with:
- Total kilometers traveled by each user.
- Number of refueling operations performed.
Maintenance
Available data:
- Total number of maintenance operations performed.
- Total expenditure on maintenance.
Available charts:
- Cost per vehicle: chart showing the total cost of maintenance performed on each vehicle.
These statistics provide essential tools to efficiently manage the fleet, plan consumption and maintenance activities, and monitor costs and mileage.
