Available actions
When managing a shift, besides editing the main details, two advanced actions are available from the options menu:
Set draft 🗑️
This function allows you to return an active or published shift to draft status, making it invisible to users and allowing further edits before republishing.
- Used when you want to review a shift before it becomes final.
- Helps avoid enrollments or assignments before official confirmation.
- Useful for fixing errors or updating details without deleting the shift.
Create report ➕
This function lets you generate an incident report from shift data, useful for documenting and tracking activities.
