Users

ActivePager lets you manage users registered in the system, allowing you to view, filter, add, and export data about organization members.

User overview

General statistics

On the main screen you will see summary data about users:

  • Total: total number of registered users.
  • Operational: users active in the system.
  • Non-operational: users registered but currently inactive.
  • Suspended: users whose access has been temporarily blocked.

Search filters

To make management easier, you can filter users by the following parameters:

  • First or last name: text search by first or last name.
  • Rank: filter by role (e.g., Trainee, Rescuer, Firefighter, etc.).
  • Operational status: select operational state (operational, non-operational, suspended).
  • Tags: categorize users through custom labels.

After setting filters, click “Filter” to apply them or “Reset” to restore the full view.

User list

The user table shows the following information:

  • Name: user's name, clickable to access details.
  • Rank: role assigned to the user.
  • Operational status: user's current status.
  • Phone: contact number, clickable to start a call.
  • Email: email address, clickable to send an email.

Available actions

  • Add: lets you register a new user.
  • Export: lets you download the list of users in Excel format.
