Appointment Statistics allow administrators and users with the Appointment Management permission to monitor and analyze events scheduled through ActivePager.
You can access this section from the menu:
Statistics → Appointment Statistics
Viewing and filtering data
To analyze appointment data, select a desired date range and click the Filter button.
Summary data available:
- Total: total number of appointments held in the selected period.
Available charts:
- Type (pie chart): shows the percentage breakdown of appointments by type (Maneuver, Prevention, Event, Meeting, Other).
- Number of appointments per day (bar chart): shows the distribution of appointments during the week.
Appointments per member:
A detailed table shows, for each user:
- Total number of appointments the user attended.
- Total duration of appointments.
- Date of the last recorded appointment.
This data facilitates activity monitoring and internal resource planning.
