The team creation feature in ActivePager allows you to organize users into strategic groups to facilitate operations across the portal. Teams can be formed in two main ways:
Manual user selection: Administrators or users with permissions can create teams by manually selecting users from the available list. This method allows you to form specific teams for particular needs or situations.
Smart teams based on filters: This advanced option uses filters to automatically group users into teams based on predefined criteria. Filters can include, but are not limited to: - Availability: Grouping personnel available at that moment. - Licenses: Creating teams that require specific qualifications or licenses, such as a special vehicle driving license. - Rank: Assigning personnel members based on rank or position within the organization. - Tags: Organizing users based on specific tags that may indicate specialized skills or other relevant characteristics.
Manual team
A standard team is composed by choosing members from the list of all personnel in the organization.
SMART teams
Filters can be configured individually or combined into groups that chain together to form more complex selection criteria. Combining filters allows you to create highly customized teams that meet specific operational needs.
Base filters
A team can be composed of one or more base filters that are linked together. The AND/OR operator lets you choose whether all filters must be present (AND) or whether one of the conditions is enough (OR).
Filter chaining
Filter chaining allows you to manage more complex scenarios by creating blocks. Blocks can be linked with AND/OR operators. This lets you choose whether all parameters must be met (AND) or whether some of these parameters are sufficient (OR).
To create more groups, click the folder in the top left of the filters section.
