Tags

Tags in ActivePager are labels that can be assigned to users to categorize them based on specific skills, qualifications, roles, or other distinctive characteristics. These tags are essential for organizing personnel, facilitating team composition, and planning shifts. The main features related to tag usage are described below.

Tag assignment

Bulk assignment: Administrators can assign tags to multiple users at the same time through the user list. This is useful for quickly categorizing groups of users who share the same qualification or role.

Individual assignment: You can assign tags individually by accessing a user’s details. This option allows more targeted assignment based on specific needs or updates to the user’s profile.

Tag removal

Bulk removal: Similar to assignment, tags can be removed from multiple users at once using the option available in the user list. This function is particularly useful for quickly updating the status of user groups.

Individual removal: Tags can also be removed individually from the user details, allowing precise and personalized management of assigned labels.

Using tags in team and shift composition

Tags play a crucial role in team composition and shift planning in ActivePager. Using assigned tags, administrators can easily:

  • Identify and select personnel with specific skills or qualifications to form teams suitable for certain missions or tasks.
  • Organize shifts ensuring that required skills are always available during operations.

Filtering users by tags

In the user list, you can use a filter to show only users who have certain tags. This filtering tool simplifies finding qualified personnel and organizing available resources effectively.
