The Vehicle Expirations section is accessible from the main menu following the path
Vehicles → Expirations
and is accessible exclusively to users with the "Vehicle management" permission or system administrators.
Features
This section provides a clear and immediate summary of all expirations related to vehicles in the system. In particular, for each vehicle the following are shown:
- Vehicle name
- License plate
- Category (e.g., Trailer, Truck, APS tanker, Multi-rescue, etc.)
- Expiration date
- Descriptive notes (e.g., insurance expiration, periodic inspection, etc.)
Available filters
To make consultation easier, you can filter expirations by:
- Specific period (entering a start date and an end date)
- Expiration type (“All” or “Already expired”)
These filters allow quick identification of upcoming or already past expirations, ensuring efficient fleet management.
Expiration management
By clicking the links:
- Edit: allows you to edit expiration details.
- Delete: allows you to remove the expiration from the system.
Automatic notifications
ActivePager automatically sends email notifications about vehicle expirations to all administrators and users with the "Vehicle management" permission. Notifications are sent at the following intervals:
- 120 days before expiration
- 90 days before expiration
- 60 days before expiration
- 30 days before expiration
- 3 days before expiration
This automatic system ensures constant and timely control over vehicle operations, preventing issues arising from unmonitored expirations.
