Personal Statistics allow each ActivePager user to easily and immediately view a summary of their activities within the system.
These statistics are available from the menu:
Statistics → Personal Statistics
The personal statistics page is divided into two main sections:
Alerting
In this section you find a summary of your responses to received alerts, viewable according to a selectable time range.
The data is represented by two charts:
- Total responses (pie chart): shows the percentage of positive responses, negative responses, and unanswered alerts.
- Daily responses (bar chart): shows the distribution of positive and negative responses by day of the week.
Use the date filter to customize the analysis period and click Filter to update the displayed data.
Incident reports
This section summarizes information related to incident reports you participated in, within a customizable time range.
Three summary data points are shown:
- Total: total number of incident reports completed in the selected period.
- Total incident report duration: sum of the durations of all incidents.
- Average incident report duration: average duration of individual reports.
In this section too you can filter data by selecting the period you prefer and clicking Filter.
Each user can view only their own personal statistics.
