Accessing the Messages feature
To access the ActivePager Messages feature, you need to sign in to your account using the website or mobile app.
Composing and sending messages
To send a message, follow these steps:
- On the website: Sign in to your account, click the "Messages" section, and select "New Message." Fill out the form with the message text.
- On the mobile app: Open the app, tap the messages icon, and select "New Message." Fill out the form with the message text.
Attaching files to messages
ActivePager allows you to attach files to messages. Just click the attachment icon and select the desired file from your device. Make sure the file type is supported by ActivePager.
Message recipients
You can choose to send the message to specific teams or to all users. Select recipients in the message composition form. It is possible to send messages to multiple teams or specific users at the same time.
Viewing on the virtual board
Sent messages will be visible on the ActivePager virtual board. Users can access messages and read them at any time. The virtual board provides a centralized archive for all received messages.
Scheduling messages
ActivePager allows you to schedule messages to be sent in the future. In the message composition section, click the "Schedule send" option and select the desired date and time for sending. This is particularly useful to ensure messages reach recipients at the right time.
Message management
In the "Messages" section, you can easily manage sent and received messages. You can archive them, delete them, or mark them as read or unread. You can also use the search function to find specific messages.
Notifications
ActivePager will send notifications to users when they receive a new message. Make sure notifications are enabled in the mobile app.
