Courses

The Courses section is accessible from the main menu under

Training → Courses

Permissions

  • Viewing scheduled and archived courses does not require any specific permission.
  • To create, edit, or delete courses, the user must have the Training Management permission or the Administrator role.

Course overview

The main page shows two sections:

  • Upcoming: lists future courses.
  • Archive: shows past courses.

Both sections include a search bar to quickly filter courses by title or topic.

Adding a new course

To add a new course:

  1. Click the Add button in the top right.
  2. Enter the following details in the form:
    • Title (required)
    • Topic (required)
    • Start and End Date (required)
    • Recipients (optional; if not specified, the course is intended for the entire organization)
    • Maximum participants (optional)
  3. Click Add to confirm.

Course detail

Clicking a course name opens the detailed page containing:

  • Details: general information, attached files, list of scheduled lessons.
  • Participants: list of enrolled users with details on completed theory and practice hours. Users can be removed individually.
  • Instructors: list of instructors assigned to the course.

Editing and deleting courses

From the course detail page:

  • Use the Edit button to update course information.
  • The Delete menu allows you to permanently delete the course (irreversible action).

Lesson management

  • Lessons for each course appear automatically in the enrolled users' personal calendar.
  • To be added to lessons, users must be enrolled in the entire course.
