The Training Statistics section allows administrators and users with the Training Management permission to monitor in detail training activity carried out through ActivePager.
Access this section from the menu:
Statistics → Training Statistics
The section consists of two main tabs:
Summary
In this tab you can:
- Filter by training type (for example theory, practice, or other types created in the system).
- Select a date range and click Filter.
Available data:
- Number of lessons held.
- Theory hours: total hours dedicated to theoretical lessons.
- Practice hours: total hours dedicated to practical activities.
- Total hours: overall sum of theory and practice hours.
Charts:
- Type: pie chart showing the percentage of theory and practice hours held.
- Number of trainings per day: bar chart showing lesson distribution during the week.
Per-member table:
The table reports details for each user:
- Certificates obtained.
- Number of lessons attended.
- Accumulated theory and practice hours.
- Total training hours.
Instructors
This tab provides specific details related to instructors:
- Number of lessons taught.
- Theory hours taught.
- Practice hours taught as instructor.
- Total hours: overall sum of teaching hours.
This data allows precise monitoring and effective management of training activities within ActivePager.
